Speed test results and related content made available through Blink are provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

We may update, improve, or remove features from time to time in order to maintain, secure, or evolve the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using Blink.
